Unlimited Access	We provide, unlimited access to the Internet. However we expect our subscribers to not abuse the "unlimited" aspect of our service. "Unlimited Access" means that you will not be charged any hourly fees and may remain connected to our service as long as you are "operating" the computer. Your computer may remain connected to the Internet via Redinet's equipment as long as its keyboard and/or mouse are operated at all times by a human operator for a period of up to 4 hours. After 4 hours you will be disconnected, with re-connection allowed immediately. The purpose of this is to free up bandwidth by users that continue to leave their computers connected with no activity so other users have better performance. Unlimited usage does not mean you may leave your computer continuously connected to the Internet without any human activity. You may be temporarily disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity. You may not use any device or program to remain connected while you are absent from the computer or to automatically redial without operator intervention. You may not configure your computer so as to permit any other computer to access your computer while your computer is connected to Redinet. This includes establishing FTP sites or Server sites. It does not apply to interactive sessions such as games. You may not resell or transfer your access to others nor may you allow others to use your account other than those specified under your enrolment plan. Any individual account may be used by only one computer at a time. This includes attempts to sign on by the same person on more than one computer or computers networked together. Users who attempt to violate these restrictions will be immediately disconnected and their account will be terminated. However we will cooperate with all law enforcement authorities and other Internet Service Providers when complaints arise. If such complaints should be registered we will make every attempt to contact you about it to discuss it with you before any action is taken. If, in our opinion, such action is justified your account will be suspended until the complaint can be reconciled.
Illegal Activity	Redinet users that engage in any illegal activities are subject to immediate disconnection. Users that engage in hacking , sending viruses or any other destructive activity will be shut of and will not be allowed to re-activate their account.
Censorship	We do not believe in censorship and we respect the rights of all our subscribers. However, The equipment at Redinet, Inc. may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmissions of any material in violation of any US or State regulation is prohibited. This includes but is not limited to: Copyrighted material, threatening or obscene material, or material protected by trade secret. By accepting service from Redinet, Inc., subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Redinet, Inc. from any claims resulting from use of the Internet and the Internet access equipment which damages the subscriber or another party Redinet, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion to filter any or all transmissions that may fall under the above paragraph, but Redinet, Inc. is not obligated to exercise this right. Spamming and mass email solicitations.	Emails to selected subscriber lists of a special interest is permitted as long as the number of emails is less than 100. If your list consists of more than 100 names please discuss it with us before attempting this mailing. Large mass mailings can result in an interruption of service to Redinet customers and other Internet providers.
Privacy	It is the policy of Redinet, Inc. to respect the privacy of all our subscribers. We will not provide your email address to anyone outside of Redinet and its affiliates without your permission.
Agreement	All Redinet subscribers are expected to observe all rules of "Proper Netiquette" including but not limited the above items. Subscription to Redinet services indicates agreement to the above policies.
